The source rapport separates three urgent system anchors from the Bilko product follow-up. This round delegates the three explicit system anchors first: public LightRAG 502, MC #107341 marker-key mismatch, and manifest-index drift. Bilko homepage breadth/status remains documented in the rapport but is not folded into these system repairs.
