#9060 is NOT independently approved as a complete H-priority QA artifact under the current QA-19 gate. The durable record confirms that #9060 was marked done and that MC contains a concise completion summary, but the referenced primary report and verification directories were /tmp artifacts and are absent now.

Operational interpretation:

  • #9060 appears to have been a historic system/Proveo pipeline validation task, not a product-code deploy.
